too good to be true

I've join The Unlimited early this year via phone when one of their consultant call me with this amazing deal for dent and scratches on the car. It sounded too good to be true but I said let me give it a try since my car has got lots of scratches. On the 7th of July I put a claim via one of the Auto Surgeon garage as they advise via phone. Till up todate I haven't got any reply. When I call them, they are saying the claim is still open they will respond next day I should just wait for their call. Funny enough when it's Month end,they are the first to deduct. Pleas help me
