This is a huge compliment to Damian from your call center. He provides feedback gives detailed answers as well as try to help in any way possible. Just sad that although he is very sufficient in his job, and his customer service is 5 star. But for the administration point of view where someone made a mistake on my account and now I am being withheld from finalizing a claim due to a payment holiday which i did not request or received and no one contacted me or even explained to me (although i made payments every month) did not receive any payment holidays (for this I give a 2) this is really not a good experience i am currently having with The Unlimited.
