IF I COULD VOTE THIS ILLITERATE COMPANY A ZERO, I WOULD DEFINITELY!!

They are so quick to sign up,yet the same day i sent in cancellation,my documents werent even processed yet and i decided to cancel,yet at the first debit order they subtracted money,and i reversed it and got into contact with them again to cancel. yet last month again damn i didnt even get paid yet and the assholes subtracted money out of my account,resulting my account going into overdraft to which i managed to reverse, i contacted them again and this time they even confirmed my account was cancelled yet today ,AGAIN before payday subtracted money out of my account and i could not reversed it!! THIS FOCKEN COMPANY IS ******* AND USELESS HUMANBEINGS , how the hell can you ***** money like this so blatantly?!

We understand your frustration and we'd feel the exact same way if we were in your shoes as it’s not fair for your account to be debited after you’ve cancelled your policy. We’re truly sorry as we’re currently not sure why this is happening, however, we’ve notified our back end about this matter. Our team will work as fast as possible to find a fix to this issue and ensure that this doesn’t happen again. In the meantime, please may you forward a copy of your latest bank statement to *** so that we can assist you with the debit order you couldn’t reverse.
