<p>I have cancelled this quite a few times before and also went to the bank to stop the debit order, but then they use a different reference number, apparently. I don't have time or energy to cancel it every few months when they randomly decide I still have a policy again. I have spoken to quite a few people and the cancellation lasted a few months. Never fall for this. It haunts you</p>
Okay so they sorted it out. I forgot I decided to take a cheaper package instead of completely cancelling because I've already paid such a long time. When I phoned them, they were very helpful and we sorted it out.
