They make false Promises, Worse service ever😒
It's almost been 3 months since our brother has passed, we are still waiting for the money. My sister phoned them to find out about the policy, she was told that premiums were up to date and she only needed to pay for July so that we can claim. She paid R280 and then submitted Claim documents, they told her to wait 5 to 7days before the money can be released into the bank account, until now we're still waiting.
The worst part they don't call you, you must keep on phoning them to find out why the payment is still not made, they won't give you a straight answer, she was told that the claim was sent to their manager for authorization. We've asked how long does it take to authorize a claim, still no straight answer, we then asked to be transferred to the manager, "no we can't transfer your call since we're working from home". Okay give us the manager 's number so that we can phone her directly, they (Mandy) refused to provide manager's contact number 😳, we were then told to phone again tomorrow morning maybe we'll have an answer for you", how can a staff member doesn't have his or her direct manager's number? Something is not right 🤔, eventually we've managed to get hold of Noxolo Zwane the manager. She promised to get back to us as there were some missing payments since April, she was going to discuss the matter with her superiors, and advise us before end of business yesterday Friday 10 September 2021, and she never came back nor take our calls anymore.
This is frustrating since we had to borrow monies from people to bury our brother, now people are angry at us because we are not paying. Our mother's BP is high, she can't even sleep because of this.
The Unlimited is so disappointing, they mislead people, they don't know what is transparency at all, I will not advise people to join this company, it is a ****. Their staff members are so rude, they'll tell you to keep on phoning because they are not going to phone you back.
