They don’t want to pay the panel beater of my choice for my scratches and dents

Very messed up company that lie to customers so they can benefit…I regret having joined this nonsense insurance nxa…Apon joining the policy I was not told I have to use specific panel beaters but now that I want to put in a claim they are telling me oh we use specific panel beaters which I was only told about when I sent in my claim all this time since last year non of this was told to me I have had this policy since last year and this is the first time I want to put in a claim which they are refusing!!! I requested for a recording and no where in the recording was I told that they use specific panel beaters…
