They dont give you what is offered

I signed up to The Unlimited Auto Surgeon. The person selling me the policy promised that existing damage will be covered and there will be no limit on the claim as all claims already have limits, I can only do the initial claim after the 2nd debit order. <br> I phoned 2 weeks ago to do the claim and they said I had to claim within 90 days to get the no limit claim (which was never mentioned to me), I have waited 2 weeks and there is still no resolution, I actually still fell within the 90 day mark (I signed up on 22nd Jan 2015), but today is day 91 and now they wont honor even the 90 day clause, meanwhile it was their fault for taking 2 weeks to get back to me.<br> So now my claim will fall within limits and not even cover half the cost because they don't bother to mention restrictions and wait just long enough for the restriction to become invalid.<br> They're not even willing to try resolve it, they just say that's how it works.<br> Honestly feel ****** and annoyed about this stupid policy, I'm still waiting for a final resolution but I'm not expecting anything positive.
