Good Day. I lodged a claim at the unlimited for my husband for hospital benefit, my huband was in hospital deu to seizures that was a result of a very large tumour that was diagnosed on 20 September. My daughter has been paying the policy for me and my husband. My husband has to go see the neurosurgeon on the 6 of November, now The Unlimited is coming with all sorts of excuses. We took out the policy for the reason of emergency and we never knew it would come to this, we had to pay R995 for the release of my husband hospital file, money we did not have. They are quick enough to sell you their policy but when it comes to paying and keeping their promises they just come with excuses. My daughter has been paying me and my husbands policy promptly every month as my husband is a pensioner.
