They are bad since I have known them. They have stories when it’s time to claim. Their managers are very rude
I submitted a claim for my door panel to be fixed, I was told that I am owing because on the 20th which is my payday, they tried to debit and there was no money. I got paid on the 20th and there is no way debit order can bounce back unpaid if debit order went thru on my pay day. These are ****** which debit money but when it’s time to claim we are told stories. I urge you guys not to join unlimited. You will cry yet they are the first to connect money. I was told the email was sent to me and yet there is nothing that came through. I am blame for nothing. The matter was escalated to some rude manager who hang up a phone while I was talking. This is the kind of nonsense and service unlimited give to the people. Yet they are first to debit accounts. To all who wishes to join them , please don’t bother joining - you will regret because when it’s time to claim you will be taken back and forth. Unlimited is a ****

20 May 2024, 13:37Reality I submitted my claim before the so called 15 days elapsed, they said nothing even though I had submitted the claim - few days late they reject the claim which was submitted during grace period. Why did they not say in time that premium was not paid ? Unlimited cannot be trusted

And if you think it is blocked , your agent was able to call me and common sense should tell you that there is no number that has been blocked. If you try to call me, why are you not dropping me an email ? You guys are full of stories. I said which number did you call with. I have my 2 phones here with me. Other people can call why specifically *********** people only have issues ? Unlimited is not worth it. Now call those 2 numbers at 11am. I know you will create stories ******
