Theft by Debit order!!!!!!!!

My name is Mr Louis Johannes Bouwer AOS*** one of your call agents called us a couple of months ago trying to sell the unlimited first to my wife and then to me.

I was interested at first, but the same night she called, I found out I lost my job. Thus upon Her calling us back I told her to remove my number and account details from your system and NOT I repeat NOT deduct any money from my account. And then on the 24th of April the debit order went off my account, I then had it reversed ant every month there after until now you are trying to deduct money that I did not approve .
