The worst service ever received , the unlimited!!

Absolutely terrible service , I am with the auto elite insurance package , 7 days no response they lie to me saying they will get back to me by end of day on Thursday still no feedback , calls are recorded I am gonna hold unlimited responsible for this lack of interest
