The Unlimted - Service sucks

This business has very bad service when it comes to claiming for your car. I have sent an email 26 of March to the requested adress still havent receive a response, I forwaded the same mail thrice already and nothing happend. Called their call centre on Thursday and they gave another email to forward the claims to , well guess what I got an error message with regards to email adress. I wonder if I will be having the same problem when I cancel the policy, they dont seem to have a problem when it comes around to debit my account.
