The Unlimted Scratch and Dent Policy
Firstly I would like to say I've been with the unlimited for 4 years now, once a year I send my rims for refurbishment which the policy covered for R3000. Now for some reason from looking at pictures I've been told my rims are damaged, I do agree that 1 rim does have pit hole damage , but this was overlooked before and the unlimited did allow me to refurbish the other 3, which I was more than happy, today my claim was rejected and a lady from M sure advised me that my rims are not covered because they are damaged just by looking at pictures, and she has the nerve to tell me I need to pay for my rims to be refurbished and I must send them proof so they can update there system, where must I get R3000 to fix my rims. Absolute nonsense.
