The unlimted funeral scheme- Centriq insurance
I am do disappointed on this insurance company that my father have The unlimited centriq insurance, my father lost his spouse on the 9th Jan 2021 due to natural causes claimed to this company on the 15 Jan after the funeral they took a month to asses his application then when i check my emails i received a letter saying his claim was unsuccessful due to missed payments i mean they debiting his account every month , how come that happened because as far as i know if funds did not go through the following month it will b doubled policy number Nw910852 Mr P Z Gasa , kindly assist hellopeter this company is doing ***** , my father has been using his airtime bear in mind he is a pensioner and every time he was getting empty promises that they will call him to update but nothing has came through, if this policy failed why they are still debiting funds for this policy on his account to date.

We sincerely apologise for the error. It was your father that we contacted yesterday regarding the outcome of the claim. We got in touch with him again this afternoon and we fully explained the policy benefits, including the terms and conditions. He confirmed that he'd like it to remain active.
