The Unlimitted is selling **** warrantties which they refuse to honor

To whom it may concern,

I have a matter I would like to report about The Unlimitted and Dotsure.

I have taken up a car warranty with them in January after speaking to their consultant who sold me an issuance saying I can claim after 2 paymenst. After two payment I had a claim which they refuse to honor. They say I have to claim after 3 payments/60 days. I ask for the recording and in the recording still in the recording the consultant explicitly is saying that I can claim after 2 payments.

Also in the recording he mentioned that electrical components and the actuator is covered...

I called Dotsure as the underwriter, they say my claim was rejected because I was supposed to have been with them for 60 days also the part to be replaced was the actuator and they say they don't cover it.

I have the recording which I requested where the sales person is confirming the fact i gave.

A day passed, the lady at the call centre called, confirmed what i just told her and confirm the The Unlimited recording confirms I am correc, and said I will be an exception to the case and they forwarded my claim to the underwriter Dottsure hence I called Dotsure the check the status of my claim.

At The Unlimited, case number is TU***, i spoke to the personells by the name Kreashini Juggessar and Ngcebentsha Sympathy

My car is still in the workshop and require your assistance for it to be paid.
