The Unlimited's insistent calls
Not sure how The Unlimited got our office line. But this sneaky call centre guy phoned, first he asked who he was speaking to, i then responded who he was looking for, He then made up a name. When I explained the person doesnt work here, he was insistent on getting my name to sell whatever. I told him we arent interested, he then persisted trying to say but he hasnt told me. Please teach your call centre people, if someone says they are not interested, then 'Ohk, thank you, goodbye" is all they should proceed with. Stop trying to force your policies onto people, and remove our business line from your directory, as we are genuinely not interested.
