The Unlimited Warranty Disaster
The Unlimited is a very unprofessional organization and I dont have faith that they know what they are doing for a couple of reasons. Firstly when you sign up as a customer they spam call you even though they already have your business. Secondly the claims process requires you to do a lot of admin. It doesn't look like they are going to help you when you need to submit a warranty claim. Thirdly, I havent received a proper confirmation of cover in pdf format. They just send you a lot of spam, but no pdf document with ur name and policy number. This is a basic function that insurers perform for you and they do it while you are on a call with them.
Stay away from Unlimited. I'm going back to Innovation Group. I should have never switched in the first place.
Just this week alone I received an email that reads "Hi First Name Tiego" and in another email they got the price increase wrong.
