The Unlimited very poor customer service
Service from The Unlimited is very poor, I took a life cover with them and a month after I lost my daughter wen I called them to log in a claim they tell me my daughter was not included in the cover. I called them again and asked for a recording of the day I took the cover just so I can confirm that I did not include my daughter in the claim, they said they will email me the recording within the next 5 days. So till today I haven't received any recording or feedback nothing. So I'm very disappointed and would never recommend any one to take a cover with The Unlimited nd those who have one honestly should make a change while they still have time coz The Unlimited is never to be trusted
