The Unlimited - unlimited debit orders
Pitty one has to complain twice about the same problem. I was promised my last payment would be refunded and even received an e mail stating that the money will reflect onto my account within 24/48 hours. 5 Days later and nothing received. Instead they rather tried to take another premium on a cancelled policy. Seeing that I was accepted only the last payment as a refund and die to them not keeping their promise, I decided to have an ongoing investigation. Please forward me both copies of the 2 policies that I can see why there was 2 policies in the first place. I'm waiting your respond urgently Policy nr TU***-3 Policy nr TU***-5 Regards WN van der Schyff
