The unlimited " unlimited debit orders"

They are persistent and does not take no for an answer. So they had me take 2 warranty policies in beginning of December 2024 who they say I can cancel at any time should I not want it. So the 1st debit order was schedule for 25 January 2025. On 2 January 2025 I cancelled the policies via e-mail. According to them they then tried to call me but could not get hold if me. Therefore they didn't cancel my policies because anyone could request cancellation on my e mail address. On the 25th both debit orders went off my account. I asked the bank to reverse them. They only could reverse 1 due to a hold on the other debit order. Again I mailed cancellation request. On 25 Feb again both debit orders went through. And again the bank could only reversed the one. On 25 March they send through 3x the debit orders. Bank could reverse 2 but 1 still has a hold on it. I send another cancellation request. 25 April they send only one debit order and the bank could not reverse it due to the hold. So they took R1556 since January. When I eventually called them, they say there was 2 policies but 1 is cancelled. The other one was active but there was no information of any vehicle on the policy. So she asked me my vehicle details and connect it to this policy. Today I been told they can not refund me due to the debit mandate I signed for the debit order and this is why the bank could not reverse it. But the other one that the bank reversed 3 times I did not sign. Why would I sign only one mandate for one policy if there was 2 policies for the exact same date and amount. I feel ****** by this company. Whether you ignore or decline a bebi mandate, it still go off your account once they have your banking details. And this counts for all insurance companies. You can ask for just a quote and they need your banking details to do a quite. Next month you'll have a debit order going off your account. The unlimited is not a trustworthy company. According to them it's all my fault for not taking their call when I instruct via e mail to cancel.
