The unlimited the ****
It's a ****.They said it's R250 for scratch and dents plus tyres including the interior and that you you qualify to do your repairs after 2 successful debit orders of which is not true. I phoned in on monday the 7th of June to make a claim the consultant told me only one instalment is reflecting the recent payment debited end of May.
My question to her was how can they see one payment and why didn't they contact me ,on my bank statements both payments went through. I would like the company to refund me asap including my bank fees for the 2 transactions.
