The Unlimited - Telkom - *********** staff and no service delivery - Pathetic

I have had the misfortune of having to deal with Telkom's accounts dpt again. April this year the landline was requested to be cancelled, and surprise surprise - it wasn't. and I was being billed for it, and I wasn't using the line. so I get into contact with Telkom and damn the frustration. they owe me 3 mths subscriptions, and its been almost a month and I still haven't received the money. YESTERDAY was the ultimate frustration, I call in and the call in handle by a contract holder The Unlimited Group, such incompetence. TELKOM your'll need better staffing than the ridiculous that you have working for you right now. Requested to speak to the team leader after running through my entire situation again, and put on hold for over 15 minutes because there is only ONE team leader managing the full team! then get transferred (expecting the speak to the TL) and surprise surprise - I am transferred to another consultant who expects me to do the verification AGAIN - this is total BS. Never got to speak to the TL, placed on hold and obviously ignored which just shows the LEVEL OF INCOMPETENCE AND LACK OF RESPECT FOR A CUSTOMER. TELKOM PAY ME BACK MY MONEY AND REALLY REVIEW YOUR SERVICE DELIVERY TEAM - this incompetence is astounding.
