The Unlimited taking my money without my consent

They just take my money, I have not approved anything from my side on Gap cover as well as maintenance cover on my motor vehicle. I have not approved anything on my side, also cancelled the one debit order on my banking app but they still manage to let the debit order go off, this is ********* and I demand them to fully refund me on this
