The Unlimited - STAY AWAY FROM THESE INSURERS

I took out a policy 6 years ago with them. I initially sold my Mazda bakkie and bought a ford bakkie. So, when I phoned them for a small claim. They would not pay, because the bakkie I sold years ago was still on the policy. I then tried to cancel the policy, but they kept taking premiums for 3 years after that till today. Realised that they were still taking premiums I phoned a second time to claim on my ford bakkie. Again, they informed me that it's the old Mazda bakkie that's insured. I told them I called the 3 years ago and told them I sold the bakkie. Finally got the policy cancelled today.

I would not recommend their products to anyone. I couldn.t even cancel the debit order at the bank. So, I paid premiums for 6 years and could not claim once and 4 years after I sold the bakkie, and 3 years after I notified them. The same bakkie was still being insured.
