The Unlimited Sales Harassment Calls
The Unlimited has tried to make contact with me between 15 and 20 times. In three separate occasions, I have spoken to a human telesales agent and specifically instructed them to remove my number from their database. Despite these requests, the phone calls continue. At what point does this become considered harassment? My understanding of the legislation was that a customer needs to request ONCE that their contact information be removed. This has been three times.

20 Jun 2025, 14:56Thank you. After over 2000 complaints on Hello Peter alone, many citing harassment, I’m surprised that the sales approach has not been amended. We are protected by law and this to be ignored by The Unlimited. Why must unsolicited customers go to this extent to not be bothered? It seems that The Unlimited is not bothered by the lack of ethics in their approach and proper legal action should be considered.
