The Unlimited Run Around

<p>I logged a claim on the 4/7/2016 was told the process to claim and followed it i.e. 1 quote, pictiures of damage and milage ( No:AE126694). No response from Consultant for more than 30 days follow up and was told the process changed now requires to 2 quotes. Done and resubmitted all the information (previous info as well) on the 14/09/2016 and was advised that 48 hour turnaround time is to be expected. Still no joy.</p> <p>You can seriouly cancel the claim and the policy because this is not service and not what i expected from a company that I had previously dealt with.</p>
