The unlimited must close permanently

The worst experience ever. I've called several times and sent several emails to them, telling them to cancel the contract I had with them. The lady I spoke to on the second of October said that the contract has been cancelled. But to my surprise I am still getting debit orders from them and immediately when I suspend one debit order, another debit order is activated. I called yesterday and the lady said the contract was cancelled and that I should right an email. I did exactly that. now in the morning around 03:00 am I receive a message stating that the contract is still activated. Can we please sign a petition or protest for the Unlimited to be closed permanently, because it is exploiting the lives of our Youth.
