The Unlimited more like The UNBELEIVABLE

<p>I had signed up with the Unlimited a few months ago.I had purchased the auto diamond policy from them, which covers dents and scratches on my motorvehicle for up to a value of R3000. When I was in the process of purchasing the product, i was advised by the consultant that for an additional fee, i could double my benefit to claim for an amount up to R6000. To my surprise, I found this offer to be a great deal and I had signed up for it. Now back to the present, this is where the deception comes in. When I had put through a claim for repairs on my car's bodywork amounting R6000. Suddenly later that day I had received an sms from the Unlimited stating that the double up benefit has been discountinued and that I no longer can claim for that benefit. No prior email or sms was sent to me in regards to the discontinual of the added benefit.</p> <p>I believe that this was a disgusting marketing tactic that duped people to beleiving that a great service was been offered but only to be diSguised as a ploy to ****** money from helpless victims. </p>
