Im still waiting on this request to be done that I logged on the 27th , and to top it off a premium was deducted today on the 13th where I supposed to be debited on the 27th can I get a refund as in urgent or I will be going to the Ombudsman as this isn’t what was agreed and to top it off with no communication down and this deemed as *********, can I get my refund ASAP please or I will take it further
