The unlimited is the worst

We took out this policy cause it sounded great. Should have known after 4 emails and phone calls after our details were incorrect that this in not a good insurance. We waited for 3 months as that was the waiting period. When we had to claim for the Doctor it was an issue to get the meds was worse. We had to do all the admin work even the pharmacist (on their list) had to phone and still the info she needed was told is confidential. We ended up paying it out of our own pockets. I sent emails to cancel and was told an agent will phone back. We stopped the debit order and still they deducted the money. So they sell this under false pretenses and then ***** your money even after the debit was stopped and mandate cancelled. They never phone back only send emails stating an agent will call. Worst experience of any insurance I ever had.
