I took up a warranty policy with the unlimited for almost a year, and at the moment that I claimed, I was advised that I would not be covered because I drive an automatic car and not a manual, and the parts covered in the policy relate to manual parts, notwithstanding the fact that I was quoted on an automatic car. As much as I had fami****ized myself with the terms of the policy, there is no way that I would have known that the parts listed in the warranty only relate to a manual cars and not automatic cars. The attitude I received was outright rude with no sympathy whatsoever; they were just very quick to dismiss me without resolve.

Do not take any cover with the unlimited, you will regret it.
