The Unlimited is extremely unprofessional

I have never ever contacted the unlimited with regards to open an account, yet I was surprised to see that a The Unlimited account was opened on my ID number and appeared on my credit report. I immediately contacted them and within 5 minutes of the conversation me and a consultant came to the conclusion that my id number was linked to one of their accounts and that my name was not the name of the account holder and the bank accounts linked was also different. Boom. Investigation completed. Was not rocket science to conclude, yet they have been investigating" the matter for over 5 weeks now and their flippen account is still on my credit report. I would never ever in my life recommend anyone to do business with them, clearly they don't know what it means to be professional. The unlimited, if you can see this, GET THE ACCOUNT OFF OF MY NAME!!!!!
