THE UNLIMITED is doing ********** Business

the unlimited is a company that is doing ********** insurance business, twice they have sent a debit order authority to my bank Nedbank that I never gave, I do not have a policy with them and never had, do not even know where they got my details from and this is not for the first time. I had a similar problem late last year in January this year I called Unlimited as the bank said they cannot reverse the debit order as it is a confirmed mandate, I spoke with Nompilo Mkhize who eventually referred me to Nigel who is their senior or the manager who promised to cancel the unauthorised policy and do an internal investigation and eventually after a number of calls to them the monies deducted were reversed and was promised the policy/ies has been cancelled. To my surprise I got an sms this morning saying my account is overdrawn and must deposit as a debit order from unlimited has gone through. I called unlimited again today spoke to Nozipho who was just laughing at me I guess its what they do and do not see the seriousness of the matter, could not speak with Nigel as I demanded claimed that he is in a meeting. I am certain am not the only one experiencing this ********** business done by unlimited. I am reporting the matter to the FSCA and the Ombuds please join me.

I am also blaming Nedbank to a certain degree their processing of telephonic mandatory debit orders is not entirely safe from hackers as they claim. When I asked them to prove that the person on the other side was me do date am still waiting to hear that recording
