The Unlimited is a ****

The unlimited refused to pay for my claim in December 2023. They kept sending me from pillar to post and said my claim is rejected cause the description on the invoice is incorrect and some scratches will not be covered due to them being rusty and shown a sign of a deterioration. The panel beater changed the quotation and removed what they could not cover and the quote was resend. Even that was not enough after I have spoken with Julia Sithole, SAMV claim assessor, she later ended up ignoring my emails and the claim was taken up by Tumisang Modise, SAMV claim assessor but nothing seemed to be working.

They let me trust them when they said they can start by fixing the current dents and one can claim after 4 months thereafter and 2 years later into the cover, I was treated like they are doing me a favor.
