I join the insurance last year March. Paid every month. I never recieved a contract. Last month i submit a claim due to scratch on my car. The claim was rejected. They said that the contract doesn't pay thorn bumpers. Photos was send to prove that the bumper is not torn. I said that i will bring the car to their offices to show the bumper. The said that is not allowed. I did everything i could to convince them but no response.

As explained, the pictures received and looked at by our specialist clearly shows that your bumper was pulled apart from your vehicle which we do consider a tear as specified in our terms and conditions.
