The Unlimited Insurance Company - ******* taking money ********ly

these people are ******* - I received a Debi check for the amount of 162.00 i declined the Debi check phoned the company and complained as i never even spoke to them about a policy. I don't know how these ******* do it but my acc was debited twice first with 162.00 and today with 90.00. I cant even reverse the debits. I had to do stop payments with Nedbank which then cost me 65.00 per transaction and the money deducted cant even be reversed, so i have to pay the bank to stop a ******** deduction from my acc, I ask you is this fair, NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! its not. Peter please HELP as the same thing happened to my daughter. My question how do this company get Debi checks authorized without the consent of the acc holder and keep on doing it, I am so upset about this
