Don't buy into this ****! https://www.theunlimited.co.za/ I have been trying to get a claim processed for 3 weeks now. I have sent numerous emails the their claims department and have not had 1 reply. I called in to ask why I have had absolutely no feedback, the lady that spoke to basically made it my fault as to why I had no feedback. She assured me though that someone will be in touch via email. I still haven't received anything.

All of my contact details are in the numerous amounts of emails I have sent? When I called to ask as to why I have received no feedback, the lady told me that I had no reply because my claim was too large. So,,, My question is.... HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO KNOW ANYTHING IF I HAVE RECEIVED NO CORRESPONDENCE ?
