THE UNLIMITED GROUP (PTY) LTD, how many times will they ***** my money
This is the second time I'm sending a review on hellopeter regarding The UNLIMITED GROUP(PTY) LTD, I've cancelled my debit orders with them multiple times and every month money gets taken out of my account, the unlimited group are ******s and *******, I'm not th only one my family members as well suffer the same fate as I, money taken even tho they say they'll cancel

22 Apr 2026, 12:35I was on a call with capitec now and I was told you need to deactivate the mandate and if your unable you must send authorization to my bank to remove it

22 Apr 2026, 13:05I'm not saying you are deducting, yes it was cancelled im not receiving debits, but the mandate still shows in my debit orders and I want that removed, my bank said they need authorisation from unlimited to remove it as they not part of the policy, so if unlimited is unable to remove the mandate they must send authorization to capitec to remove it

22 Apr 2026, 13:26I cancelled in August last year I still have the mandate showing up till now still saying active, which is a issue my bank is unable to resolve without Authorization,it has to be resolved on unlimiteds end or authorization is to be given to my bank.
At this point my only message to people is don't use unlimited at all, they take peoples money and mess them around I finally got my issue resolved after having to call unlimited several times. and the issue my girlfriend encountered was she tried cancelling multiple times with unlimited and they kept saying its cancelled and she shouldnt be charged and at the end of every single month money was taken, money that we had to use, money that goes a long way sometimes. Unlimited is not to be trusted what so ever no one could give me straight proper answers they kept sending me up and down.
All of this was done last year already so in a whole year we struggled for something so small because of greed, unlimited never again.
