The Unlimited Excuses -**** artist - They deducted my premium for 7 years and dumped me when I need them the most

I took a policy two policies with them paying over R700 a month, which they called a death benefit sold to me as a funeral cover. Come claim time when my loved one past away two days ago. They have removed my dependents on the list and advise that they need over 7 days to listen to a recording of when I took the policy. Enough time for the funeral to pass. When I called them, they promise to call before end of day, still waiting. When I call back, I get told that Agent is busy, they will call you back, and never do. **** artist at their best.. The unlimited excuses. Its in the name, I just did not see it.
