The unlimited dents and scratches policy
The unlimited dents and scratches what a bad service I received while I have been paying but now when I need to be assisted I had to keep calling with no help holding for so long on the phone.
I claim twice with no help this year they keep saying they will authorize within 24 to 48 hours just to fool me around.
I need my money that I used for this policy because it got no use of what's so ever to me
