The Unlimited... Avoid at all costs
Only giving one star, in order to write this review. Otherwise I would've given none. I had a funeral plan with The Unlimited, which I was originally quoted R188. Only to be debited R188 as well as R313, I notified them of this, and they wanted to give me long stories, which I cut short, by asking for my policy to be cancelled and to be refunded. I was refunded my R313, but not the R188. Imagine my surprise when they debited my account again. I emailed their customer care line 2 weeks ago, which I'm yet to receive a reply.
