I have had the policy on scratches and dents for my car for more than two years and still struggling to claim. The worst customers service I have ever received from anywhere. They are not willing to help with any queries and issues. They treated me like a ******** and never helped me anything. I have spoken to numerous staff members who were all blatantly rude or didn't understand what was going on. It is a definite waste of service and money. The Services they offer when selling the policy is definitely not what you pay for. At the end of paying for more than two years I rather canceled after hours on the phone. Even the cancel process is an issue. Hopefully it's the end now.
