The Unlimited are *******!!!

I've had a policy with them for number of year and received a voucher every month which I never used because I need to spend money in order to make use of it. When I tried to cancel the policy they phoned and offered me a premium holiday because of me being a loyal policy-holder. I insisted the policy should still be cancelled after the policy holiday. they started deducting again after the three months holiday and now ignore all my mails. I've now resorted nto reversing the deductions as the happen.
