The Unlimited are a bunch of ****** who ignore policy holder's requests and lie to get what they want
I messaged them 4 months ago to cancel my policy. Someone called me and promised me a lower premium and promised me a lot of wonderful things just to keep me there. I never received any of the things they promised me. They also never decreased my premium. Since then I have tried to cancel every month, but every month they just ignore me. They insist on calling me when I told them specifically that I am hard of hearing.
