My mother Dorah noqumsese Charlie took a policy that will cover her with R20 000.unfortunately she passed on 17 July 2020.we called The unlimited and submitted all the documents. They told us they cant cover her because she has pre existing condition. My mom was diagnosed with diabetics 2005 and she never hide that.she will never take a policy that will not cover her.she was already a pensioner paying R230 everymonth for this policy.Im not sure how to take money to a person that u know u wont cover.we went to benoni and they told us that they are just an agent.I want all the premiums she paid because cannot take money everymonth for someone cannot bury what was the money for.in my town all the grannies were recruited for this policy and most of them are diabetics. What will happen to them.all i need premiums back cause im in debts because i have to borrow money for burial to Eastern Cape.
