The Unlimited for dents and scratches are a BIG BIG ******* I WANT TO WARN PEOPLE I TENDING TO USE THE UNLIMITED THEY ARE FULL OF SH... T. WHAT THEY PROMISE IS NOT WHAT THEY WILL GIVE YOU. THEY JUST WANT TO GET YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY THEN THERE AFTER WHEN YOU CLAIM THEY WILL TELL YOU LOTS OF STORIES IT WILL BE BETTER TO GET OUT WHILE YOUR HYPERTENSION IS still low.... THE REASON I WAS PAYING MY PREMIUMS FOR OVER A YEAR ICLAIMED THIS YEAR FROM JUNE UNTIL THEY TOLD ME MY CLAIM IS UNSUCCESSFUL AND GUES WHAT NO REFUNDS FOR CANCELATION. WHAT A *******.. THE UNLIMITED IS BAD NEWS THEY CAN SUE I DO NOT CARE THEY ARE BAD SERVICE PROVIDERS. BAD. THE STARS HERE ARE FOR BAD BUSINESS.

Thank you for taking our call today and for giving us the opportunity to explain our claims process. We can see that your debit order for this month is already pending as your policy was cancelled yesterday. Your last premium will be refunded back to you should the debit order go off successfully as you will no longer benefit from the policy.
