The unlimited

So i had a auto prestige cover with the unlimited i later claimed for my front mag to be refurbished, they told me they cannot cover that as the impact was pothole caused , i need to claim from the government. They got ****ty service and should yoi here their agent selling you products they are not aware of. I just wish there was a way that we could regain our premiums back from all this companies that sells us covers and when we claim they refuse to pay out, we cancel membership and they dont loose anything but have gained 8months worth of my premiums and i am making a loss at the same time.
