The Biggest *******... Terrible service, !!!

This company is the biggest *******. I have submitted my claim to them and its been almost two months I still have not heard from them. Every time I contact them, I kept on being told my claim is still with the investigators. I have submitted all the necessary documents to them and was told the claim would take a week and now its been two months.

I would never recommend anyone from ever thinking of joining this insurance, they do not honor their part of the commitment. I am sick and tired to always be the one contacting them and they don't every respond as their promises.

My policy number is SAj123736. I need urgent feedback or should I cancel this policy if they are no longer able to honor their commitment.
