Thank you for resolving the complaint an a big thank you to Tyrique van der Merwe

The Unlimited has finally resolved my complaint. I need to state that within a week the complaint was resolved. I should thank Mr Tyrique van der Merwe for ensuring that the complaint is resolved within a week. I wish other officials can learn from him. This will go a long way to reduce the number of complaints and unhappy customers.

For now I am a very happy customer and I have to thank Tyrique for that. Tyrique's professionalism and communication with clients has persuaded me to stay with the Unlimited. Thanks Tyrique, you communicated frequently and kept me posted. I did not have to make the calls in order to receive progress, but you made it your business. Thank you to the lady who helped with sourcing the quotations, saving me the trouble of moving around trying to get quotations. My car is back I collected it yesterday( Frida 11 March 2022) and the work done on it is super. The service provider did a sterling job.

For now I am a happy customer and wish that the others can learn from how Tyrique does his work.
