Terrible Service & Unauthorised Debits - Beware!

Worst experience in over a decade! Do not trust them with your policy. I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by The Unlimited. Despite multiple requests to cancel my policy since September, I continue to be debited. The company's persistence in running debit orders after explicit cancellation instructions is unacceptable.

I was misled about the monthly deduction amount, and my attempts to resolve this issue have been met with repetitive requests for my ID number. I have fulfilled this request multiple times, yet the policy remains active.
